Windows Support

Download and run the installer — RustDesk will install and connect to our support server automatically.

Download for Windows
After downloading:
  1. Open the downloaded RustDesk-Setup.zip and extract the file
  2. Double-click RustDesk-Setup.exe
  3. Click Yes on the security prompt
  4. RustDesk installs and opens automatically — share your ID with our team

macOS Support

Download and run the installer — RustDesk will install and connect to our support server automatically.

Download for macOS
After downloading:
  1. Open Terminal (press Cmd + Space, type Terminal, press Enter)
  2. Open the downloaded RemoteSupport-Mac.zip and extract it
  3. Drag the extracted RemoteSupport-Mac.command file into the Terminal window
  4. Press Enter — RustDesk installs and opens automatically

Already have RustDesk? Configure Manually

If RustDesk is already installed, enter these settings under Settings → Network → ID/Relay Server:

Click any value to select it, then copy and paste into RustDesk.

  1. Open RustDesk and click the three dots menu (⋮) or Settings
  2. Go to the Network tab
  3. Click ID/Relay Server
  4. Enter the values from the table above and click OK
  5. Restart RustDesk — your ID will appear on the main screen
